Lillstugan

Fristående hus på lantgård 8 km från Falkenbergs centrum. C:a 300 m till badstrand, 1 km till Grimsholmens naturreservat, Kattegattsleden utanför knuten. I det stora rummet finns köksavdelning med diskmaskin. Där är två enkelsängar placerade. En halvtrappa upp finns två sängar. En trappa ner badrum med dusch, toalett, tvättmaskin och strykjärn. Två uteplatser med en mindre resp en större trädgårdsmöbel. Madrass, täcke och kudde finns till sängarna. Lakan och handdukar har gästen själv med sig.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

New built guesthouse, 100m from the beach; biking

Guesthouse on 65square meters. Newly built. 100m to the beach and 5,5km to Båstad (20min bikeride). 10km to vallåsen and kungsbygget for MTB. Enhoy nature (hallandsåsen) or horseback riding on the beach. 3km to train station which in 1h 30min takes you to Malmö and copenhagen or Gothenburg. Den Sorte Cottage + Orangeri

Udlejning fra 1. april - 31. oktober. Den Sorte Cottage med orangeri er en del af den historiske ejendom Skippergaarden, Fabersvej 2c, i det gamle Gilleleje. Skippergaarden er fra 1797, bygget af vraggods fra en ostindienfarer, der forliste udenfor Gilleleje i 1797 (sidste renovering 2003/4), og Den Sorte Cottage er fra 1892, da landliggerbegrebet opstod (sidste renovering 2019/20). Orangeriet er fra 2009. Her er wi-fi og parkering.

"Elisabets lägenhet" 40 m till sjön med egen båt

Tystnad, lugn och ro! Vi vill dela med oss av vårt paradis. Tillgång till båt och grillplats och oändligt med grusvägar. En egen lägenhet som ligger i vår verkstadsdel precis utanför vårt bostadshus. Vandring och cykling i magisk natur. Jälluntoftaleden är 12 km låg och ligger nära. Abborrar och gädda i sjön. Fiber-nätet vid regniga dagar! Ni har tillgång till båt och ved. Inget fiskekort krävs.

Egen våning vid havet!

Rymlig våning med egen ingång i bostadshus i charmiga Påarp. Två sovrum samt bäddbara soffor i vardagsrummet. Eget badrum med dusch samt kök för enklare matlagning. Goda förbindelser till både Halmstad och Laholm, och endast 300 meter till havet. Observera att sängkläder och handdukar inte ingår, men kan tillhandahållas mot en avgift om 50kr/person.
