A beautiful, remodeled 100+ year old home in the charming downtown area of Chelsea. Located near the new DTE bike trails, a short walk to downtown, and just minutes from great hiking in the Waterloo Recreation Area. Our home will be spotless and well sanitized for your stay. We provide snacks, water bottles, tea and coffee. If you need any baby or toddler items, we can provide things like baby gates, bed rail, pack n play, high chair, etc. A Christmas tree can be provided for holiday bookings.

Our neighbors love that we DO NOT ALLOW parties & LATE NIGHT, AFTER 9pm outdoor activities. We are required to limit the total number of individuals at our home to no more than 10 at any time, including visitors. Include visitors in guest count. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 2 acres. When we are not using our 2nd home, it is available for Airbnb guests. Our family home since 1986; when I designed & personally built it for my parents. Kelmscott Chapel

This historic structure was built in 1909 for the local catholic parish and served as such until the 1970's. A portion of the church was then converted to a residence and has also served as a wedding venue for over twenty years. Now called Kelmscott Chapel, a nod to William Morris and the arts and crafts movement, you will find warm and inviting accommodations. Complete with stained glassed windows, spiral staircases, decorated with art and antiques.
