This spacious home is on a secluded private lake with all of the up north vibes but the benefit of being near the city. Tranquil spot with a beautiful view of the lake. Nearby amenities include close access to I-75, Great Lakes Crossing, Top Golf, Pine Knob, skiing, golf and more! 1 hr. from Frankenmuth. The place also has a 2 kayaks, canoe and fishing gear. Come bike, hike, fish, kayak, boat and have a fire right on the shore of the lake, yet close to picturesque downtown Chelsea (3 miles) that features bars, shopping, excellent restaurants and we’re a short drive to downtown Ann Arbor/UoM Stadium (18 miles). We cater to families and business people alike with a fully renovated home, kayaks (5), paddle boat (life jackets provided), game room with ping pong, darts, table for poker, stone fire pit, etc. PONTOON RENTAL NOW AVAIL for addit fee.

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.
