Suite No:1 - Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

Apartment in North Beach

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This new one-bedroom freestanding apartment is perfect for a couple or a single. Sorry, but it is not suitable for babies or children. The large separate bedroom features a king size bed overlooking a deck. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge area, bathroom and separate laundry. It is comfortable, quiet and secure with a gated entrance and conveniently located short walk from beaches and local cafes/restaurants.

Located in Innaloo you have everything you need at your doorstep. -Innaloo shopping centre 900 meters away -stirling train station 700 meters away (can take you straight into the city) -scarborough beach 4.1km -IKEA 600 meters away With 2 friendly dogs to welcome you, you will feel right at home.

By the park - 10 min walk to beach

You will have your own place to stay in Scarborough. The Guest house is in a separate building adjacent to the main house, overlooks the property garden and swimming pool. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay – Queen size bed, bathroom with shower, sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The location is in Scarborough near a big park, within a walking distance to the beach (approx. 900m), café strip and bus stop (approx 500m).

Separate Granny Flat with private entry. Queen size bed , newly renovated modern bathroom, and floors.
