A peaceful hideaway amongst the trees. Enjoy the sounds of nature with plenty of bird life and small stream running along the boundary, home to many eels and native Kokopu. You'll never know you're in the city. The unit, separate from the main house, is self contained with a toilet and shower. Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

Our unique place is close to everything you will need. A short walk to the FMG Stadium, close to Supermarkets & Hamilton City Centre. Located down a long driveway, off the road & private. Spacious homey living room with large sofa, bean bag, table & chairs, lamp. One bedroom with queen bed, side table, single bed & lamp. A fourth person must bring their own towel and sleeping bag. Heat Pump Air-Conditioner in living room only. Two off road car parks. Close to the main highway SH1.

Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.

The Squeeze Me Inn

The Squeeze Me Inn is a cute little guesthouse sitting behind a grand old villa. It’s a bit like the TARDIS small on the outside deceptively roomy on the inside. Walking distance to city bars, restaurants and Centre Place for shopping. Five doors down towards the river walks is the popular Kirk Cafe. Five minutes walk to Claudelands Event Centre with the Roaming Giant gastro pub just opposite. Cricket grounds and Waikato Stadium all within walking distance.

Modern studio guesthouse with en suite bathroom and shower. Located in Hayes Paddock, Hamilton East along the Waikato river. The studio is behind our family home. We are across the road from the river walks, bus stop and a few blocks from Hayes common cafe. Minutes by car to the gardens, hospital and city centre or walk along the river one way to the garden or the other to the CBD. A great base to explore Hamilton or the wider Waikato region!
