Cabin 1 - Unit 2 at Blue Mountain Rest

We are pet friendly but there are pooch fees and a pet policy. Please go to "additional" House Rules. Unit 2 is only one of 4 cabins on this property. We have other listings in case this one is not available. BM Rest in the center of the Adirondack Mts in NY State. We are open year round, spring, summer, winter & fall. Waterfront Artist Retreat

Our camp is located the heart of the Adirondacks in upstate NY . It is a beautiful four season cabin on Lake Abanakee . The camp is adorned with Adirondack art and furnishings made by my artisan friends and I. Lake Abanakee is a favorite for canoes, kayaks, photographers, fishermen and families. Enjoy glamping in our new screened in lean to or swimming and boating from our private beach. Although our camp looks like a rustic retreat, we have high speed internet and all the modern conveniences.

This Lodge has Lake and river access and boasts some of the most memorable Kayak and Canoe and Hiking excursions that the Adirondacks have to offer. Sept & Oct is an exciting time at The Lodge. It is a popular destination for Nature and wildlife photographers because of the lovely wilderness settings, scenic Lakes, mountains and rivers. Paddleboarding Canoeing & Kayaking is walking distance to the West Branch of the Sacandaga River.“The Lodge” is also a popular destination for Bicycle touring!

There are endless things to do in the area-fishing, skiing, hiking, multiple museums, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, kayaking and canoeing to start your getaway!
