Fully airconditioned with separate units for the bedroom and living area, all new appliances, tastefully furnished. The dedicated off-street parking space for one vehicle leads to steps providing a private entrance to the unit.

The house has hardwood floors, charm, and a bright and comfortable living space. We live nearby and are available as needed. Washer/dryer are available in the basement on request. Pet policy below.

You will have full access to the deck and very close to lots of shopping.
