Black Eagle Retreat

Black Eagle Retreat is an 1800 sq foot luxury chalet nestled atop of a two acre hillside with 180 degree views of Kentucky Lake. This three bedroom modern A-frame boasts floor to ceiling windows, an expansive open concept living area, fireplace, full kitchen and a large deck equipped with a grill and hot tub. The property is located in a super neat spot. It is tucked away in a little nook, which feels very secluded. The property line borders TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority). This means you can venture off the property and explore without worrying about trespassing on the neighbor's land. There is a path to the lake. A public boat launch is just around the corner. It's about a 30-minute drive to Murray State University and a 20-minute drive to Paris Landing State Park.
