Guests will have access to the Canadian Lakes Association amenities including beaches, golf courses, outside pool, inside pool, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, and more. There will be an extra charge for the pools, fitness center, and golf. Bunk room was completely remodeled and each bed has its own reading light and power outlet with USB A and C.

This cute spacious cottage is set upon a medium bluff on Croton Dam Pond where there are year round activities to keep guests occupied. Go swimming on the hot summer days or sit with your favorite beverage by the fire as you watch the sun set over the pond. The dock is available to tie off a boat. Peaceful and open setting with a fantastic view.

You will have your own small boat/kayak launch on a quiet channel that goes directly out to four beautiful, inter-connected lakes. There is also a wood fired hot tub for the more adventurous types.
