Get away from it all with this, rustic tiny home situated on a small farm. Sit out front and enjoy the sunset while you watch the horses, donkeys, goats and cows. We do ask you only feed the animals the provided treats. There is no wifi available, you can use your hotspot on your cell for the tv. Microwave and grill with a side burner for cooking. No indoor stove or oven. Toilet and sink inside, shower is outside. Close to downtown Wilmington and the beaches! Lots of local history as well!

The Empie-Possion cottage was built in 1913 and is expertly restored. Have a drink on the screened in patio in the back or on the historic front porch. Come enjoy a stay where you can truly unwind. This one of the most unique homes you can stay in Downtown and you feel it’s charm the minute you step in the door.

Enjoy riding our bikes, paddling on provided kayaks in Banks Channel across the street, a jog around the famous 2.5 mi loop, or a fun day at the beach! Easy 10-minute walk or very short bike ride to the beach, bars, restaurants, coffee, shopping, and ice cream!
