Welcome to the quieter, northern part of Hampton beach. Family friendly, immaculate and well appointed home in dead end street of residential homes. Steps to sand (about 300 yards) and from there a 3 min walk to board walk, restaurants, shops. Parking for 3 cars. This airy, spacious and sun drenched oasis offers comfort, a well stocked kitchen, a nice deck, grill and deck bar, linens, towels, yoga mat, and beach essentials. 7 min to town, 15 min to Portsmouth enjoying ocean views, Maine 30 min.

Welcome to High Tide (2nd floor), a brand new (2023) Hampton Beach cottage. Located in the Island section of Hampton Beach, next to the Hampton State Park. This second floor, 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is perfectly located just a short walk from the sand. The cottage has central heat & AC and a washer and dryer.
