Couples Getaway: Hampton Beach Oceanview Studio

New studio condo on the top floor with an oceanview from the balcony. Thorough cleaning between guests. All linens including comforter and blankets are always fresh. To get on the beach, you will need to cross Ocean Boulevard and walk on the sidewalk for a little stroll to get to the opening that leads to the beach. The main beach nightlife is about a 10 to 15 minute walk. Fireworks photos on my listing were taken by a guest from OUR balcony. We are nearby & available when needed.

Included with your rental are bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. The owners occupy this property and are easily available. There is NO smoking, NO pets and quiet time is from 11pm - 7am We prefer to rent to families and older adults. Contactless Check-In Year Round Availability

Take a sauna while surrounded by nature all around. Located in the majestic forest of mount Agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off of our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

One Bed One Bath with Kitchenette. Great location off of G st. 300 feet from the beach! Walking Distance to Restaurants and Shops! This unit has no parking. Private and public parking lots within walking distance. Drive way is used for unloading. Paid Parking can be found behind G st at 92 Ashworth Avenue There is additional parking on Ocean Boulevard across from G St or on Ashworth Avenue behind F St. We do not supply linens or towels.
