We invite you to get away at our rustic & secluded cabin in the NEPA woods! Our 30 acres of countryside is highlighted by magnificent waterfalls and bordered by over 10,000 acres of state lands. You’ll find yourself unwinding and recharging while hiking, enjoying campfires, or soaking in the hot tub under the midnight sky. Though you will be surrounded by nature, you won’t be roughing it! The cabin is modern and offers everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Renter must be 25 and above.

It's located a short drive away from several lakes, hiking trails, breweries, and dining experiences. It features forest/creek views, designer furniture, modern appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas cooktop), smart 4k TV, gym & yoga studio, gas firepit, and ample deck with an outdoor kitchen & dining area.

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

There are 140 acres to explore and utilize for events like weddings or a retreats. There is a half acre pond with a pond house at the top of the property and a trout stream running along the bottom. Enjoy nature in style at this fairytale in the forest. This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

The Cabin at Pleasant Valley Farm

The cabin is located on a dirt road on our farm with a beautiful pond and an amazing view! This off-grid, cabin has two queen beds (100% cotton sheets), a mini-kitchen with a battery-ignition gas range, solar powered refrigerator, solar lighting, a wood stove, an outdoor shower, a fire pit, and an old-fashioned outhouse. An expansive porch and dock provide comfortable outdoor living. A seasonal favorite, the cabin is available May-Oct.

Dreamy Catskills mountain getaway w/ yoga studio

This stunning house has been recently renovated and offers total privacy and serenity - sitting on 5 acres at the end of a quiet road. The Mountain Terrace has an indoor wood stove, a deck with a beautiful view, a fire-pit, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a washer/dryer, a dishwasher an artist cabin and a private yoga studio. An easy 15 min drive to Livingston Manor for great restaurants, shopping and activities. Pet friendly.
