Railway station 5 min walk Bus station 7 min walk Town centre 10 min walk It is also only a very short walk to The Buttermarket, The Flaxmills and within walking distance of The Quarry, Theatre Severn, The county showgrounds and all town centre restaurants and venues. Based centrally in the historical market town of Leek, the apartment is located close to popular attractions like Alton Towers, Peak Wildlife Park and the glorious Peak District. Three Nooks is a recently converted barn and has many original features as well as modern comforts including underfloor heating downstairs, excellent WiFi and finished to a high standard. Part of the ‘Cliffe Park farm stays’ and situated within parkland on a working farm which has 3/4 mile frontage to Rudyard Lake as well as having the Staffordshire Way footpath running through making this a great base for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside and attractions.

Spacious and bright cottage, with open fire for the winter months. Well equipped and comfortable for a short stay or a longer break. Off street parking on shared driveway. On a quiet side street but close to nearby independent shops, pubs, cinema and restaurants of Wirksworth. It is a great place to stay if you want a walking or cycling holiday or if you prefer a more leisurely break, taking in the stunning views of the Peak District.
