Little House in the Hollow

Enjoy a private peaceful setting that is Conveniently located. Large fenced in yard for the kids and/or pets. Also has a 4 person hotub which is available year-round. The house is fully stocked for convenience. The house also has covered parking, outdoor fire pit, BBQ grill a play place for the kids and more. You will be within walking distance of 2 National Landmarks (Mark Twain Cave, Cameron Cave) as well as our Winery and Giftshop. Located just two miles from Hannibal's Historic District.

The John Sydney House - Family Friendly Queen Anne

This classic 3 BR 1 .5 BA Queen Anne Victorian (c. 1892) has retained many original features that are just breathtaking! A grand oak staircase, original hardwood floors & trim, stained glass, French & Pocket Doors to name a few. Staying here offers the traveler in search of history a clear connection to Hannibal's past, its place in time and to the local culture – with modern amenities! The Library is your own hideaway in the heart of historic Hannibal. No one would suspect there is a charming apartment tucked away above a downtown business. This special place is close to coffee, restaurants, the river, shopping, bicycle rental, even a chocolate shop - making it easy to plan your visit. A quiet get-away with plenty to read. Because there are books and breakable items, and there are businesses downstairs and across the hall, we limit guests to no more than two adults.

The Cottage was built in 1903, with the age of the home comes with many flaws, you will find cracks in walls, ceilings, maybe even glass. The scuff each have a story and the stories that could be told, if paint were able to talk. The home is not perfect, but just affordable and cozy. We strive to make your stay comfortable by including the home with essential items needed for the duration of your stay.
