Your Maine Base Camp

You have full access to this spacious house. Enjoy the large kitchen with a food prep island, ample counter space, basic cookware utensils and ingredients for cooking and baking. The dining room table comfortably seats eight. Relax in the living room with a TV monitor for streaming your preferred services, comfy furniture, and a pellet stove. One bedroom is on the ground floor and two upstairs. Living room is 4 steps down from other ground floor areas. There are no TV monitors in bedrooms.

Mystery Mountain View Near many outdoor activities

Put up your feet at this 900 sqft rental unit with 1 large bedroom, full kitchen, media room, sitting room, full bath, dining area, and dart board. Private entrance, daylight basement in lower level of our home. There is a key code box to obtain access, and guest parking. 15 minutes to Sunday River and Black Mountain and 20 minutes to Mt. Abram ski resorts. Swimming access at Howard Pond. Skiers, riders, hikers, kayakers, and outdoor enthusiasts would love this location anytime of the year.

6 miles from Sunday River with heated outdoor pool

Pool is closed for the summer. It opens back up on 12/19/26. Pool hours 5pm-6pm Sun-Thur. 5pm-8pm Fri and Sat. Heated to 100 degrees. Feels like a hot tub. Why us and not on-mountain? Plenty of parking no permits to fill out! You can bring two cars. You can responsibly enjoy an adult beverage in our pool. We have A/C in the summer. This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park.
