With over 30 years in the hospitality business, Karin and Paul welcome you to their B&B seaside retreat. Wake up to the sunrise over St Margaret's Bay. Enjoy a delicious breakfast sourced from local markets. Dietary needs can be accommodated. Perfect South Shore location, close to Bayswater Beach and a quick 15 minutes from Hubbards. We are 45 minutes from Halifax on the 103 (Exit 6). Chester, Mahone Bay and Lunenburg are all within an easy drive. We share our home with Pico, a small terrier.

Country Inn by the Bay - Room 3

A European style country inn, restaurant and 63 acre forest OPEN YEAR ROUND, 1 km from the Bay of Fundy. Surround yourself with the comfort of nature; unplug, unwind. Take a hike through our forest trails, walk along the shoreline or tour the area. In the morning, enjoy a European style continental breakfast on our large deck or in the privacy of your room. This is a relaxing retreat experience - no television. The guest sunroom has a supply of books and board games for your enjoyment.

Sunset Queen Suite (Boutique, Guest Suite)

Welcome to The Halifax Rooftop - cozy, spa-focused guest suites in the North End. Our home comes with (3) private suites for a short-term stay :) Enjoy your private suite, equipped with a queen bed, private bathroom with jacuzzi (accessed via hallway), heat pump, electric blinds and a private patio. Shared spaces include a kitchen, living room, rooftop patio, outdoor cedar sauna, and hot tub. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Walkable to cafes, shops, and downtown Halifax.

It is within walking distance of extraordinary local shops, restaurants, cafes, local brewery, grocery store and more. Enjoy this charming property all to yourself and all that the town has to offer! Want to see different views of Mahone Bay? We have 2 bikes and 2 paddle boards available for guest use. The trails are handy and the water is calm!

The Pumpkin Cottage - Peace on the river

There is a large, sunny kitchen, dining room, sun room and comfortable office with printer and scanner if you need to work. There are 100's of books from linguistics to vintage Science Fiction to global economics. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Burgundy Dream Bed and Breakfast

For those who wish to enjoy the outdoors, there is a private deck on the shores of Lake William, complete with a wharf and dock. Great for boating, paddling, swimming or a relaxing lay in the sunshine. Also the meditation and yoga deck in our forrest area will refresh your daily life. Guests begin each day of their stay with hot breakfast, catered by your hosts Sam and Kazue. Please enjoy and refresh your life for your own style.

The Maids Quarters

Awesome 2 bedroom suite with attached 3 pc ensuite bath. Each room has a single bed . Offfers a lovely sitting area to enjoy the morning. Located in a licensed 4.5 star Victorian B&B and comes complete with a full service breakfast . Many common areas for guests to enjoy including the spacious sunroom with patio plus two formal parlors. Only 10 minutes to the Halifax Airport

The William - The Fourth Lock

The William is a private room that provides a queen bed, en-suite bathroom and private bar fridge. Guests staying in this room also have access to our common sitting room and cozy breakfast nook, as well as the large shared balcony. Balcony is west-facing and gives a perfect view of sunsets over beautiful Lake Thomas. Join us for dinner downstairs at The Fourth Lock restaurant.

The Maid's quarters at Maison Larochelle

The entire house may be rented under it's own listing. This room was the old "maid's quarters" of this parsonage built in 1820. It is perfect for a romantic getaway and with it's own sitting room, definitely a nice space for creativity and relaxation. It is right above the kitchen so if you like to sleep past 9am, it may not be your best choice.

Sand Castle, Oceanfront, Bed & Breakfast, Suite.

Sand Castle Bed and Breakfast Suite is situated directly on the pristine Atlantic Ocean waters of the spectacular Prospect Peninsula, a short half hour drive from Halifax, along the Lighthouse Route #333 on the way to world famous Peggy’s Cove. Sand Castle Suite has been an officially registered and inspected B&B with Canada Select since 1994.

Chateau Cormier, Country Estate

Chateau Cormier is a quaint country estate, with gardens and privacy. This mid-century home is welcoming and spacious. Close to highway access and only five minutes to downtown Truro. (Some highway noise for those sensitive to road noise) When renting to two people who need two rooms, then state 3 people in your reservation.
