Welcome to Lakehaven Cottage! Relax and have fun at this peaceful 100 year old cottage close to the lake w/ modern amenities such as a flat-screen smart Roku tv, 300 Mbps WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds with lots of pillows and blankets. Within walking distance to the beach, marina/boat launch, 4.1-mile lakeside path, bars, and restaurants. Play air hockey/ping pong or relax in the fully fenced in yard w/ hot tub, gas & wood fire pits or gazebo for grilling, dining and relaxing.

Buckeye Lake house, 3 bdrm, walk to anywhere

Enjoy the Buckeye Lake north shore. Public boat ramp less than 1/2 mile. We have a dock available, just across the street. Walk to boardwalk, enjoy winterfest, restaurants, Yacht Club, ice cream, Boat Yard for bike or kayak rental or enjoy a drink with live music. Fenced yard for small pet (no more that 30 lbs accepted with fee). Enjoy the sunset from enclosed porch. Roku TV & wi-fi available. Two bdrm, bath, laundry on main floor. Third bdrm upstairs gives a view of the lake. Drive fits 2 cars.

The Oak Ridge House

Welcome to the Oak Ridge House. Just 5 miles North of I-70 and 5 miles south of State Rt.16. Our tree cover hillside is very close to Flint Ridge Nature Preserve and about 15 minutes from The Virtues Golf Club, Black Hand Gorge Nature Preserve and Sand Hollow Winery. It's a three bedroom home on 2 acres, one king size bed, one queen size bed, and the third room is a sitting room / hang out space with a futton. The enclose back porch is a great hangout space but is not heated. Gov. ID required.

It's an excellent place to relax and unwind. Fish directly off the dock or use the Kayaks included to explore the lake. We have an extra-long dock that can accommodate your boat(s). Fully equipped kitchen, your own washer and dryer, and a gas grill. There is a fire pit for the nights you want a campfire.

Our first project was an off-grid cabin featured on DIY Network’s Building Off The Grid. We took inspiration from that design to transform The Lookout into the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the lake. Located just 3 miles off I70, and walking distance to neighborhood favorite Papa Boos.
