Welcome to Fun Harbor! A 3 bedroom home located less than 1 mile from downtown Harbor Springs/Lake Michigan and 6 miles to skiing and golf. This well appointed home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level. There is a fully finished basement with bunk beds, a full bathroom and arcade games. The kitchen has all the amenities you need and plenty of seating. The large backyard includes a deck, hot tub, and fire pit. We do allow pets with prior approval. No party groups allowed.

LUXARY HOT TUB INSTALLED JULY 2025. Upright piano and ukulele. House = approx. 2,800 sq. ft. You must let us know if you would like to bring 1 dog or an 8th person. Guests must be comfortable with stairs.

The House Next Door is a vintage-chic modern cottage in the heart of Harbor Springs. Nicely designed throughout, perfect for staying in or to be your home base for endless local activities, many without getting in your car. 8 minute walk to waterfront, restaurants and shopping. Minutes from hiking, biking, beaches. 10 minute drive to ski/golf resorts. A block back from the bluff, close to the hustle of our busy resort town but separated enough for peace and quiet and sounds of nature.

The Harbor House

This home is great for family gatherings or large groups of friends that love to golf or ski. Located a few miles down the road from ski resorts and golf courses, it is a great location year round. The home sleeps 6 comfortably, but with multiple sofas and air mattresses available, we will allow up to 10 guests. We love our pets here too! With a large fenced in backyard, your dogs will enjoy their stay too. Newly renovated, this home is a great place for your northern Michigan getaway!

Enjoy a cup of coffee or your favorite beverage on the deck while catching peeks of the bay through the tree line. While you're relaxing let your pets run and play in the huge fenced-in yard (additional $75 fee for pets applies).

Gorgeous Getaway! 2 Queens/2 Fold-up twins.

We have played off the beautiful water colors of the bay in our decor. Like our other unit next door, we have included everything we can to make sure our guests are taken care of and feel right at home. We have 2 queen beds and 2 single fold up beds. We do accept dogs ($25 flat fee) but certain breeds are not allowed and no cats. This is a manufactured home in a manufactured home community. The unit has been completely remodeled and is magical! You will love it!
