Escape the noisy city life at this private tucked away getaway looking over a year-round creek. The comfortable queen bed, full bath and kitchenette will keep you cozy for a weekend or a week. You can fish in the lake or four ponds (catch and release), go hiking on the many trails or just while away the afternoon on the covered back porch overlooking Clover Creek. Meander down the sandy bottom creek bed for half a mile in the warm weather, or enjoy a campfire in the cool weather. Enjoy!

Nestled in the rolling hills of Chickasaw State Forest, the Oliver House is located on 38 acres with 2 lakes, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes and the sweetest muscovy ducks you will ever meet. Oliver is the oldest duck the inspiration behind our name! Our place is the perfect place to unwind, unplug and to just be in nature. Whether you prefer fishing, napping on the swing or reading a good book out on the deck, we are sure you’ll find it all here. Take a deep breath, relax and enjoy. We welcome you!

Saint Katharine's Retreat

Our traditional family home is located 4 blocks from downtown surrounded by 10 acres of virgin forest. This private retreat is perfect for family gatherings or a quiet get-away. There are 4 exterior security cameras. Enjoy the screened porch and BBQ pit, huge yard with swing set, stroll around the surrounding historic district or wander downtown to visit shops, local restaurants, or view first-run movies at the restored Luez Theater, and hear live music on Court square on summer nights.

Guesthouse Rear Suite

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. The rear suite of The Guesthouse at Sassafras Farms is a relaxing getaway for those wanting to wind down from the city. It boasts a kitchen, 2 br, 2 baths with rainfall shower heads, travertine showers, bidets, heated towel racks, an arcade console. The grounds and resort amenities also do not disappoint. Sassafras lake awaits the adventurous spirit to navigate with the paddle boat. Our pool area has a salt water pool, hot tub, and sauna.

Guesthouse Front Suite

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. We have added upscale flair to our farm guesthouse that is sure to please. The front suite boasts a game package complete with a pool table, karaoke, and gaming tables. An added jam session area is also present in the suite. The grounds are everything but ordinary and include a small lake with a paddle boat, covered Veranda with Koi pond, meditation orchard, and a relaxing swimming pool/hot tub and wood burning fireplace with waterfalls.

Quiet 2 BR Cottage in the Woods

Get away from it all in our peaceful cottage in the woods. This sweet little home was built by my husband’s grandfather as a weekend retreat for his 2 sisters, Clemmie and Eva. It has remained in the family all these years. A lot of hard work and love have gone into this cottage and we are excited to share it with you. Its quiet, secluded location make it the perfect place to relax and unwind. It is surrounded by wildlife with turkey and deer often seen on the property.

We offer by room occupancy both floors has fulls bathrooms with living rooms and Shared Kitchen short stays and long ,Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay or Try a nice get away for a couple❤️We even offer a overnight stay if you just need a getaway for a day.We have also got fees set up for the whole house.Hatchie river is around the bend if you want to fish We own a boat ramp to put in.
