Welcome to the Shawnee and "Corinth"! The structure in which you will be staying was formerly a two room schoolhouse that's been transformed into a residence. The school's name was Corinth, hence the name of this establishment. Accessed by a private outside entrance with a deck, the space consists of a bedroom with a queen bed, a hallway, a full bath and a beverage/ closet nook. The deck is a great place to sit and relax while watching the birds, squirrels, rabbits, chickens, and ducks!

The Riverside Lodge is a hop, skip and jump to all things Southern Illinois.

Our little camp site sets right next to the Shawnee National Forest on our farm. The camper is right in the middle of major sites around the area. A nice peaceful area 1/8th of a mile off the River to River Trail, 1 mile from Rim Rock, 2 miles from Pounds Hollow, 5 miles from Garden of the Gods. Bring the whole family or a group of friends to the riverside in the heart of Elizabethtown. We're across the road from the floating Fish Dock River Restaurant and a short walk to the ETown Tap. Plenty of parking, and river access across the road. Convenience store, liquor store and Mercantile with ice cream, coffee and specialty items within walking distance. About 15 mi to Garden of the Gods, 8 mi to Cave In Rock, and 11 mi to Golconda Marina.

Clean Farmhouse in the Heart of Shawnee National

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful get away. 10 acre horse farm located near some of The Shawnee National Forest's best sights. Garden of the Gods, Rim Rock, Iron Furnace, and One Horse Gap are just a few that are minutes away. Feel free to fish in the ponds(catch and release), or relax on the porch after the days adventure. Accommodations for indoor storage of motorcycles or a topless jeep are available on the property upon request.

Sassafras Ridge Log Cabin by Garden of the Gods.

Sassafras Ridge log cabin is an Amish built log cabin and sleeps 6 to 8 people. Guests have full and private access to this cabin. It is located on a small resort that guests are welcome to walk around. We are adjacent to thousands of acres of Shawnee National Forest. The main resort area has a pond for catch and release fishing, paddle boating and a pavilion with games that everyone at the resort is welcome to enjoy.
