The walk-out basement offers a bar with 2 TVs, pinball machine, game room, and poker table. The garage contains a home gym and ping pong table.

Bring the whole family to this private country getaway. With 2500 sq ft of living space and 7 total acres you’ll have plenty of space to explore! Of those 7 acres, 3 of them are a private lake great for fishing, swimming or a paddle boat. This “guesthouse” is the finished basement of the house we live in. These are 2 completely separate spaces with their own entrances. We live in the upstairs and offer our 2500 sq ft finished basement with its own living room, kitchen, game room & 2 bedrooms.

This renovated bungalow offers the perfect mix of a 30 minute drive to Downtown Louisville with a natural escape to river views, hiking, mountain biking and paddling access at the mouth of the Salt And Ohio Rivers. The Pearman Trail is steps from the front porch, just across the railroad tracks, and leads to the public boat ramp, Historic Civil War Fort Duffield and the 7 miles of hike/bike trails which surround it. Explore the towns many National Historic Registry buildings.

Relax at this peaceful, renovated farm house sitting on 44 acres. Located between Elizabethtown and Glendale, this property is truly beautiful and serene. You’ll have plenty of space to spread out with the 3 bedrooms (2 King beds, 1 double/1single bunk), full size kitchen & dining room. Huge family room with a 75” flat screen TV. The house has lots of amenities such as a screened in porch, wrap around deck, gazebo, high speed WiFi, washer and dryer and so much more.
