The cottage offers two bedrooms (one king, one queen) and one bath with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, W/D, front and back covered porches, and don't forget the animals! We have mini Highland and High Park cattle, a horse, friendly barn cats, and spacious natural surroundings. There is also a walking trail along the woods, and a beautiful pond. Dogs welcome too!

Kitchen is furnished with necessities, including an air fryer, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice/water dispenser in door. We worked hard to make this duplex a comfortable home away from home.

We decorated and dedicated this place in honor of my father who served in WW2 as a Marine. He passed March of 2020. We have all type of military things along with other unique pieces. We plan on always coming up with more things to change it around. This is a part of a duplex which sits on the property with our wedding venue. This subdivision is near Joe Prather for quick access to I-65, as well as a main route (w/out toll) into Indiana, and less than 10 minutes to Fort Knox.
