The Lilypad is a private, delightful two-story home on Kiwanie Lake just blocks from the Southfork of the Spring River. The home sits on an acre of land with a seasonal creek. Fenced and pet friendly (1), it is a great retreat for small or larger groups (9 max). Use our boats for fishing at the lake or enjoy local shuttle rentals on the Spring River. Hardy and Cherokee Village are each a 2 mile drive. Fill your days with the beauty of the outdoors and come home to play pool or enjoy a campfire.

Sequoyah Retreat is located across the street from Lake Sequoyah & minutes away from Lake Thunder Bird, Carol’s Restaurant & Dollar General. Property is within walking distance to Gitchegumee Beach. Downtown Hardy is less than 10 min. away with public access to the renown Spring River. Enjoy shopping and good food on Main St. The Hardy Sweet Shop is a must for a treat.

Leave your worries and stress behind but bring your boat, ice chest, fishing gear, and favorite food and beverages. Home features 2 large bedrooms, a twin rollaway bed, and a convertible sofa in the living room. Note: the guest space is the upper level of the house. The basement is private and contains a storage room and garage/workshop which are accessed occasionally by the caretaker.
