Our house is located on the top of a mountain in Harlan county! Perfect family friendly home! Enjoy the beautiful morning sunrises from the couch, kitchen table or the deck! We also have plenty parking for multiple trucks and ATV trailers! Unload at the house and take a scenic route to the off road park! The fun begins as soon as you get here! Need early access? With several amenities including a private hot tub, twin-size porch bed swing, Nintendo Switch Game System, and fire pit with seating, you’re sure to feel right at home. Enjoy the thousands of acres of nearby hunting land, ATV trails (famous Red Bird Crest Trail, 0.9 miles away) or just relaxing!

Sitting area in front with 2 Adirondack chairs to enjoy the mountain views.

Whether you prefer to hike, fish, ride sxs, or just enjoy scenery, we have it all. 3 min from Pine Mtn State Park and Wasioto Winds Golf Course, 7 min to downtown Pineville, 20 min to Cumberland Gap National Park. Kingdom Come State Park and Cumberland Falls are an hour drive. Load up your sxs or atv and ride one of the many trails right from the driveway! Black Mountain Off Road Park and Tackett Creek are also about an hour away.

The home is located at the Bailey’s Creek entrance to Black Mountain Off-road Adventure Area, in the city limits of Evarts KY, the “Birthplace of Adventure Tourism”. You’re literally steps from the North Evarts RV Park. You can unload and ride directly to the ATV park or any of the local restaurants and convenience stores.

Welcome to Dan’s Den, a spacious two bedroom home in the heart of the Appalachian mountains. Centrally located in Cumberland, the black bear capital of Kentucky. You’ll find many of the luxuries of a fine home here, but in a smaller home more suitable for a solo traveler, a couple, or small family. Enjoy two large living rooms, one of which is the newly added “log room”, cozied up in front of the gas fireplace for games, movies, or just to relax with a good book and a hot cup of coffee.

Located less than 5 miles to Spearhead Trail's Stone Mountain trailhead and only 30 minutes to Mountain View Trail. Two couples fit nicely in the 1st level 2 bedrooms for a quaint getaway.
