Unique views from your apartment and terraces. The large terraces on three sides of the house are all yours, so you can always find a space in the sun or in the shade. The west side has an amazing view of the IJsselmeer, the other sides have excellent views too. Two small beaches at walking distance. Free Wifi. Bright and cozy apartment in the city center next to the famous Noorderplantsoen park. Ideal if you want to discover Groningen on foot. This arty mini-penthouse is comfortable with floor heating in the bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (with a coffee machine, Quooker and dishwasher), a roof terrace with sun all day. For music enthusiasts there are Sonos speakers and 2 guitars available if you want to be a rock star. The train station is a 20-minute walk away. You will feel right at home.

Het appartement is in persoonlijke stijl en compleet ingericht. Waar mogelijk hebben wij tweede kans meubels gebruikt. Samen met de piano en comfortabele houtkachel ontstaat een fijn woonklimaat. Het appartement heeft een gezellige eigen tuin rondom, een eigen voordeur en veel privacy.

Het Boothuis zit meteen aan open vaarwater en is nieuw 2022 modern ingericht voor een prettig verblijf en voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Hier kunt u wandelen en fietsen langs het water of door de bossen. Museum of winkelen dit is al op 3 km afstand mogelijk Tevens is het mogelijk om bij te huren visbootje / sloep/ sup/ zeilboot/ fietsen/ een laadpaal voor laden van de auto/ hottube.

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

Vanuit deze perfect gelegen thuisbasis ligt alles binnen handbereik. In de oude kapsalon van het eiland kunt u zich even een eilander voelen. Midden in het authentieke dorp Schiermonnikoog gaat u terug in de tijd. U heeft eigen terras en opgang aan de voorkant van ons huis. Wij komen door de achteringang binnen. Zo heeft u privacy. Winkeltjes en strand zijn op loopafstand. Bedden zijn bij aankomst opgemaakt, fietsen staan klaar. Genieten maar!
