Based in Pott Row, a quaint Norfolk village, only a few miles from the Royal Sandringham Estate and a 15 minute drive to the coast. All the amenities you'll need on your doorstep: Award-winning butchers, local shops, pubs and restaurants. You are never too far from some of the areas finest attractions.

Woodlark Lodge at The Old Woodyard, Docking

A brand new luxury eco-lodge which is situated just outside the village of Docking. It makes the perfect bolt hole for both families and couples and is ideally located for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. It is one of only seven lodges and has been meticulously constructed in fine timbers. Inside, the vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling glass create a light, spacious and contemporary look. Located with surrounding countryside, Woodlark Lodge is a relaxing and peaceful retreat.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. 1 Clock Cottage is close to the idyllic and historic villages of Castle Acre and Great Massingham. A great base to explore the gorgeous North Norfolk Coastline and the Norfolk Broads as well as the Peddars Way right on our doorstep. Well behaved dogs are welcome. WiFi is available in the property. Guests have access to our gardens but please note the area is not dog proof and that occasionally staff may be working in the garden.

Rural cabin at off-grid former railway cottage

Crossing Cottage is an off-grid former railway cottage on the now dismantled Lynn to Fakenham railway line, operating between 1880 and 1959 - now a private home and smallholding. In a private section of garden is the cabin with separate gated entrance and off-road parking. The cabin has a king sized bed, a cozy log burning stove, seating and dining area, outdoor cooking facilities with a BBQ, and a separate shower/toilet/washing-up block with hot water and a fridge.
