This property features a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen, a full dining room, a living room with an original fireplace, and a sitting room any family would enjoy. You can awake in our cozy sunroom with your morning coffee. Step back in time and enjoy our period antiques and relax in our cozy neighborhood.

House is located in a gated, private community with a 320 acre lake up to 70 ft deep. Only pontoon boats and fishing boats permitted, ensuring a quiet lake experience and wake-free dock sitting. Two kayaks, canoe, paddle board and some basic fishing equipment for guest use. Pontoon rental by owner - separate contract.

Jump out of the rat race and enjoy some nature! Relax with the whole family. Located right on Blue River in Depauw, Indiana which is just East of Corydon, IN. Fish, canoe, kayak, tube on the river. Bring your own canoe/kayak or check out Milltown’s own Livery. Close proximity to Marengo Cave, Milltown, Shoe Tree, Leavenworth, Squire Boone Caverns, Indiana Caverns, an hour from Holiday World. Hiking trails at O’Bannon State Park.
