We are 12 kms from Pietermaritzburg, half a km off the Pmb- Richmond road. You’ll love the superb view, the peace, the birds in the garden, and the big dogs enhancing security. Also, the price includes breakfast - you'll find home-made muesli, fresh fruit, bread, butter, cheese, eggs, tomatoes, coffee, and different types of tea in the cottage. Wedding venues: We are 9 kms from The Secret Garden, 12 kms from Thorner Country Estate, 11 kms from Straven Court and 17 kms from Wingrove Valley.

This is our ex home, where we grew up. After some years, we decided to make it an affordable listing for travelers to find a place to stay. It's not fancy, it's a classic "home away from home". But yeah, we have fancy'ish stuff like Wi-Fi, a small courtyard for Braai/BBQ, and some accessories for cooking, a TV, and more. We're not in a contest or competition, but whatever you request, we will do what it takes to provide. There's only one way to find out if you'll like it, or love it. ;)

Set apart from the main house, the Cottage on the Corner is a cozy, romantic escape for two. With sliding doors that open into the cool breeze in summer and a wood burning stove to keep you toasty in winter you will find yourself relaxed. Breakfast is not included in the room rate but is available at very reasonable prices. The unit is serviced daily. We have full service DSTV. NO LOAD SHEDDING 1 bedroom separate living room, open plan kitchen/dining room. You have the entire flat to yourself. This is a comfy and very spacious flat, tastefully decorated, with lots of light. All the rooms open onto the pool deck. Enjoy the beautiful birdlife in the garden and the adjacent natural forrest. You will have your own private entrance and undercover parking.
