Northern Lights cabin in Winter Wonderland

A unique experience close to nature. Our cabin is situated in untouched wilderness, close to lakes, valleys and mountains. Unlimited fishing and hiking potential. 35 minutes drive from airport & Harstad, 2.5 hours from Lofoten. Road access and free parking by the cabin. 10 minutes drive to grocery store & the sea. Romslig og hjemmekoselig leilighet i et rolig nabolag sør for sentrum. Kjøretid fra Evenes Flyplass er ca 40 min. Stangnes Fergekai er like i nærheten. Kjøpesenter (Amfi Kanebogen) og matbutikk er i umiddelbar nærhet. Gratis parkering. Lading av elbil er mulig etter avtale. Det starter en tursti til Gangsåstoppen 50 meter fra leiligheten. Denne 30 minutters turen anbefales alle. Der får man en fantastisk utsikt over byen og øyene rundt. Leiligheten er privat med egen inngang.

Country house on the scenic Kveøya Island

Welcome to our idyllic farmhouse on beautiful Kveøya, Kvæfjord. «Magnusheim» (meaning home of Magnus) is originally from 1850 and much of the house is kept in its original style. Situated close to both the sea and the mountains, the area offers loads of possible excursions. During winter you might see the northern lights just outside the door. And after a day out, you can enjoy your coffee watching the amazing scenes of the gateway to the famous Lofoten and Vesterålen area.

Evenes Airp. Northern lights on the way to Lofoten

New cottage from 2014 just 10 km from Evenes Airport. The cabin is located halfway (260 km each way) between Tromsø and Å on the mainland of Lofoten. The cottage has a simple and good standard with most amenities one expects to find in a regular home. The cottage has lovely views towards Tjeldsundet in the north and has midnight sun from late May to mid July. In the dark part of the year there are good conditions for admiring the Northern Lights.

Stedet mitt er bra på par, reiser alene og pelskledde venner (kjæledyr).Det er også et stille og rolig område, uten den store trafikkstøyen da dette ikke er ved hovedvei. Rolig nabolag.

Surrounded by dramatic mountains and oceans, Andørja is the most mountaineous island of Northern Europe. Mighty peaks shoot straight up from the sea. Few places are the landscape more conspicious than at Laupstad, where our farmhouse lies just between the sandy beach and mountains. We welcome singles, couples and families of every nationality! Fishing trips is possible. The midnight sun is best experienced by boat after all.
