Puffins Nest is situated within the walled garden of the main farmhouse and only 50 yards from the stunning south west coast path. There is a nice cafe+ 3 Pubs that all serve excellent food within the village,so plenty of choice without having to drive!! within 5 mins of the annexe you can be walking down the vale which is a beautiful place to walk and unwind.

It is all on one floor although there are two steps into the kitchen/dining room and a shallow step between kitchen/dining room and the hallway.
