It has spectacular views of Kentucky’s rolling hills as it looks out across the valley. This treehouse was hand built and handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Located just off of I65 outside the historical little town of Franklin, KY. We are located between Nashville (45min), Bowling Green (35min) and Mammoth Cave (55 min).

Caretaker Cottage

Dixona, the historic home across Hwy 25 from the Caretaker Cottage, was built is 1787 by Tilman Dixon. Pres. Washington awarded Tilman a share of land for fighting in the Revolutionary War. He traveled by boat traversing rivers and creeks until he found the spring near the cottage. He built the only home in the area which became the first post office, tavern and court for the area. Today, the Caretaker Cottage embodies the simple accommodations of one who would look out for Dixona Farm.

The BirdDog Farm is tranquility and peace. We have no light pollution so the night sky is abound with stars. Come to our quiet hollow in Dixon Springs, TN and you will hear absolutely no traffic. We have a fully stocked pond for fishing and are 15 minutes from Defeated Creek and the Candy Fork. Great hiking, wildlife, canoeing, bird watching, etc. This is a DOG friendly property. The Cedar Loft

The Cedar Loft is a beautiful space in the country nestled on 40 acres with a fantastic view. Conveniently close to I-40 with a driving time of 35 min. to the Nashville airport or 45 min. downtown Nashville. This brand new above garage loft has a private entrance. Kitchen offers granite counters, fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. For laundry there is a washer/dryer combo. We offer wifi, have good cellular reception and offer an assortment of DVDs and board games.

Welcome to the Upper Room, a studio apartment above our detached garage with one bedroom/one bath, and small kitchen. Smart TVs with Roku. Conveniently located on Hwy 52 between Westmoreland and Lafayette, with a short drive of 5-10 minutes to either. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a hill off the Highway. If you are in town for a wedding, revival, hiking or funeral, give us a try. Winding Stairs is five minutes away and Dollar General is 4 minutes down the road.

This home has a bedroom, separate kitchen and its own bathroom. To access the home, it will require going up some stairs (separate exterior stairs). Lastly, if you need some space for your pet, ask us about the yard access as we just recently added this to our listing!
