Golfers Retreat or Beach Getaway - you can enjoy both! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps 6 and is just perfect for your Mandurah holiday. Reverse cycle aircon in family/dining area & bedrooms.Two bedrooms have queen beds both with built in robes and ceiling fans while third bedroom has trundle bed in single size, plus desk. There is a Porta cot with linen that can be set up, plus a high chair and stroller if needed. Quality bed linen, pillows, doonas, bath & beach towels are provided.

Freshwater House

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

Unlock the door to something special – our house has been luxuriously furnished and decorated to create one of the most unique properties in the area. A calm, cozy and bright space a short 10 minute stroll away from Dalyellup Beach. Lay in your bed and listen to the waves roll in. When you stay at Magnolia Cottage, Dwellingup you will find a Mid-Century cottage which retains its rustic charm but has been revitalized and extended with a huge kitchen, large outdoor covered entertainment area, renovated modern bathroom, and 2 toilets. Your baseline booking provides for 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6. The 4th King Bedroom is available UPON REQUEST, for an additional booking fee, providing for up to 8 guests. Wood fire and electric blankets for cosy winter nights.
