You would have the whole upstairs to yourself with a private door to come and go. You are also invited to use our pool at anytime! We're located very close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for miles of bike riding, PB Boulangerie Bistro, Marconi Beach, the iconic Wellfleet drive-in and so much more. Our home-away-from-home accommodations include this charming studio with lawn space, a private deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The cottage is comfortably furnished and features a small kitchen. This cottage has a queen bed and a table with sitting area. The kitchen is nicely updated with updated with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including an stove/oven, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, coffee maker. Keurig, and kettle.

The Cape Cod Perch at West Dennis Beach Studio Apt

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just a short walk from three Nantucket Sound beaches. This 300-square-foot studio apartment on the second floor of our home. With a brand new Weber grill, picnic table, and fire pit, there is plenty of outside living. Trotting Park, South Village, and West Dennis Beaches are all walkable. Enjoy food from Sandbar, Swan River Seafood, Chapin's, Cleat & Anchor, & Bandera's Market in the summer. Call off season.

Anchor Suite | Nantucket Boat | Hyannis + Parking

This is a fully-furnished Apartment (En-Suite) located at 63 Pleasant Street. This apartment features a living room area(with 4k OLED TV), bedroom w/ extra long queen bed, fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, etc..), and single bathroom. The unit is found in a neighborhood called 'Ship Captains Row" which is located in walking distance from both Main St, Hyannis as well as Hyannis Harbor. We also have on site parking for at least 2 cars.

National Seashore Escape

There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.

The apartment is completely separate from the house with a private deck. The property is surrounded by conservation land so the closest neighbor is not visible from the apartment or the yard.
