The 'Bass River' suite includes two beds - a king and a twin sleep sofa. It features a desk, large walk in closet and more. Enjoy a book or plan your vacation day in one of the two cozy window seats. A full private bathroom with oversized shower is attached. A continental breakfast daily, to be enjoyed either on the cozy front porch or lovely large back deck.

Private home built in 1906. Two lovely guest rooms in an ideally Cape Cod home overlooking Nantucket Sound and the Centerville and Bumps rivers. Both rooms have window seats and provide a traditional New England style. You will love the proximity to the ferries, P-Town, Woods Hole, great beaches, lakes, restaurants, theaters, shopping and whale watching. Both rooms have AC. Sorry to say, but my listing is not suitable for children under the age of 12; because of stairs and dock.

We are also very knowledgeable about great places to eat, shop, or where to go to the beach.
