Ecopod plus day summerhouse and street parking

Our unique Ecopod was handcrafted in Wales, it is beautifully insulated with sheep wool and has a lovely smell of wood. The large double glazing doors allow you to make the most of sunlight, you are in the sunniest spot of the garden! The village has everything you need, four independent coffee shops, one bakery and two supermarkets. Further down you have the beautiful Hurstpierpoint, Ditchiling and Lewes, if you fancy more action, Brighton is 10 minutes away. FULLY HEATED for colder days.

A beautiful studio built on the first floor with its own private entrance. The space has a staircase leading to the lounge area with fully-fitted kitchen and king-size bed sleeping area. Off-street parking and easy access to the Downs. Bring your bikes, walking boots or just a book! Cook during your stay or enjoy the restaurants.

Idyllically situated down a quiet, magical lane, our oak-framed barn is surrounded by hills and woodland, with stunning views on all sides. There is instant access to beautiful countryside footpaths and bridleways. We are walking distance from a pub with a garden and good home-cooked food. Just an hour from London by train and 10 minutes drive from buzzy, cosmopolitan Brighton, we're also close to lots of pretty villages, lovely beaches, beautiful historic houses and gardens.

Our pod, tucked away near the Downs

Our timber clad garden pod is up-market glamping, with a view to the Downs. Close to Brighton, approached down a farm track, with a walk across fields to the village. On sunny days, open up the folding sliding doors and enjoy a drink on the decking. There is Wifi and there are basic cooking facilities, with a single electric hob, microwave and fridge. (The wood burner pictured is not in use.)

The Hen House

The Hen House is a converted barn standing within its own private plot but using the same driveway as Wyndham Farmhouse, Barn and Stables. The house is well equipped, light and airy with fantastic views to the south downs. It is the perfect base to explore the Sussex countryside with plenty of local attractions. Dogs are welcome and the garden is fenced.

Our modern & bright studio flat comfortably accommodates two people with a double bed, cosy lounge area, wifi, well equipped kitchen and spacious wet room style bathroom. Ideally situated close to the centre of the stunningly beautiful village of Ditchling.
