Conifers Loft is a relaxing country side retreat, with elevated views, and private garden and patio. Great Dixters & Bodiam are a short drive and the ancient town of Rye 15 minutes. This is a perfect base for nature lovers, with accessible country walks straight from our side gate. You are welcome to explore our 1.5 acre meadow. Continental breakfast is provided in your accommodation and there is a private parking space. The traditional local pub (The Rose & Crown) is a 10 min walk.

An easy ride from London, Lewes and Brighton, it's ideal for quick escapes, romantic breaks, poetic inspiration or combining city/culture with rural retreating. Great pubs, walks, the Downs, Glyndebourne, Charleston, Firle, Farley Farm all approx. 10 mins. Designed as a creative workspace, there's no TV but good WiFi: no streetlights, lots of stars.

Mistral Coastal Cabin - Dungeness, sleeps 2/3

Delightful, cosy holiday cabin on the shingle at Dungeness, moments from the sea, with wonderful views. A spacious modern en-suite shower room and separate living room, with small kitchen give you the option to rustle up basic meals, and a generous comfy kingsize bed (twin beds option) awaits you. There is a sofa bed for another guest/child. Spectacular views of the two lighthouses across the shingle towards the sea and only moments from one of the best pub restaurants around, The Pilot Inn!.

Our Idyllic cottage which is set in the country side overlooking the north downs, which offers two guest accommodation. It is separate from the main family home which offers a cosy/secluded space with an open-plan kitchen and living area. It is a relaxing place to spend many an hour watching the wildlife and enjoying the sights and sounds of Kent We have installed for your enjoyment day & night vision cameras so you can watch the birds and ducks by day and badgers and foxes at night.

Beautiful sunny flat with balcony, 10mins to beach

My home is on a private leafy road in St Leonards on Sea, a creative town with cafes, restaurants, vintage shops, art galleries and an independent cinema. The beach is 10 minutes walk away and the station 15 mins, for trains to Brighton, London and Ashford International. Hastings Old Town, with nightlife, quaint shops and fresh fish caught daily, is a 35 min walk along the sea front. This is my home so my belongings are stored here but I keep eveything packed away as much as possible.

Rustic Log Cabin, quiet with uninterrupted views

The cabin is made of wood, set in 12 acres of land. It has a decking area at the back of the property overlooking uninterrupted views of open farmland which is quiet and peaceful. It’s a studio with a 5ft bed, kitchenette, shower room with WC. Breakfast items are provided including Bread, pastries, butter, milk yogurt juice, jam, fruit, tea and coffee. Please advise me if you have any other preferences instead of any of the above, as I want to cut down on waste. ….. thanks !

Stylish one-bedroom studio in Appledore, Kent

The studio which has recently been refurbished, is set in the garden adjacent to the main house. It has it’s own entrance exclusively for guests, which you enter via French doors off the patio. This space can also be enjoyed for a morning coffee or a glass of wine on a sunny afternoon or evening. We are set in the picturesque village of Appledore which has a local shop, beautiful church and a lovely country pub all within a two minute walk from the studio.

The Cow Shed is a pretty timber clad building with character beams which adjoins our house, Brambles Barn. It is self contained, with a private entrance and secure parking. There is a bedroom with king size bed, a lounge, kitchen, shower room and additional small seating area. There is a pretty garden and pond & the property is approx 2.5 miles from Tenterden and 2.5 miles from Biddenden. 5 mins drive from Tenterden & on 12 bus route.

Peaceful B&B getaway in glorious High Weald

The Oast House B&B offers luxurious and spacious accommodation comprised of a double bedroom and luxury shower room, with ample space for relaxing. The private room with its own lockable entrance is in a peaceful location, overlooking the gardens and pond, which is usually home to a several wild ducks and sometimes ducklings, and far-reaching views over the gorgeous hills and ancient woodland of the High Weald in East Sussex.
