The Bothy is for those seeking to relax and unwind in an an upmarket and unusual glamping experience. It is off grid set in an old sandstone building amongst fields and woodland. It's only 20 min walk going along the seafront boulevard to Hastings and slightly further along the Old Town of Hastings and plenty of fishermongers by the Jerwood Gallery. There is so much to do and see in the area.

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Our Vintage Shabby-Chic one bedroom Victorian flat, with breathtaking, panoramic sea views across the English Channel, from atop the West Hill, is only minutes from the beach and picturesque Old Town, with its boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, bric-a-brac shops, cafes and bars. Some of the furniture in the flat (sofabed, dining table and chairs) have recently been updated, and the photos don’t yet reflect this.
