Stained glass, brick floor and exposed beams throughout the cottage. Our charming and cosy cottage is around half an hour from Cambridge and Saffron Walden. The Victorian Lodge (1876) is a charming & quintessentially English country cottage on a private estate once owned by King Henry 8th. It sits right beside Windsor Great Park, at the entrance of a long driveway to Little Dower House, where the owners of the Lodge live. The private gardens and stunning view at the Victorian Lodge provide the perfect setting for a small intimate wedding. Whilst the romantic gardens within the Little Dower House estate provide an ideal venue for larger weddings.

Crestyl Cottage is a delightful self contained country cottage in Sarratt - providing the perfect place to relax, walk, cycle, birdwatch and fish for carp in our small private lake. We provide high end accommodation for 2 adults in an area which has plenty to offer in the heart of the stunning Chess Valley. Crestyl Cottage is a conversion of a redundant barn, originally used for watercress seed drying which has been converted into self catering holiday accommodation with wood fired hot tub.

Historic Old Stables in central Bishops Stortford

The Old Stables are in a courtyard, set back from Windhill, right in the heart of Bishops Stortford, close to restaurants, pubs, cafés and shops. Conversion of a historic coach-house and stables into a self-contained cottage which sleeps 4 or even 5/6 by arrangement. There is a high-ceilinged entrance hall with wood burner. The spacious kitchen is well-equipped. There are two double beds in the same room (one on a mezzanine floor above the other) and a double sofa bed in the dining area.

The Coach House is a large, spacious cottage (2,000 sq ft) with three double bedrooms which has been recently renovated . It is located between the villages of Long Marston and Wingrave in a quiet, rural location. It is close to Tring and the Chiltern Hills and London is easy to get to from Leighton Buzzard station (35 mins to Euston) which is 15 minutes away. Plenty of good pubs in the vicinity, varied walks, National Trust properties, Bletchley Park museum and Whipsnade Zoo.

The Barn is located within the grounds of our Grade 2 listed Cottage and yet is far enough away from the main house to allow our guests privacy. The property offers two luxurious double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower and bath. The light and spacious living / kitchen area is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher and provides comfortable seating for all our guests. Guests will receive a welcome pack of goodies on arrival.
