Organic farm Shepherd's Hut with a view

You will find ‘The Leveret’ our shepherds hut, on our family run organic farm.  With lovely views across the Torridge valley and beyond to Dartmoor, it is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature.  The farm has a mixture of meadows for our cattle and sheep, woodlands and arable and veg fields and is a haven for wildlife. Enjoy a bbq at the fire pit with complimentary wood and charcoal. The excellent local pub at Sheepwash is a 1.5 mile walk through farm lanes and quiet country lanes.

Situated in the heart of Devon, Bridge Cottage is a traditional cob cottage nestled on the banks of the river Torridge, on the edge of the picturesque village of Sheepwash. The 2 bed / 2 bath cottage offers a homely rural retreat for up to four guests – a relaxing space at the end of an active day, or a tranquil place to simply escape. The property has its own cottage garden as well as a private riverbank woodland from where you can fish - or relax by the water and watch the local wildlife.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Go outside and toast marshmallows on the fire pit, or sizzle sausages on the brick charcoal barbecue. Then sink into the electric hot tub, turn up the jets and gaze at the stars.

Motcombe Cottage, (23 Bridge Street) is a cosy family home in the little market town of Hatherleigh, dating back to 1790 with lots of charm and character. We welcome dogs Central location with easy access to the local town and amenities, weekly indoor market, two local pubs, café with wonderful cakes, Co-op, chip shop and much more. Hatherleigh is the smallest town in Devon, Okehampton the gateway to Dartmoor is a 10 min drive, Bude 35 mins with a renowned beach & coastal walk .

The Annex

Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.

A beautifully restored 1950s caravan and a hot tub in a vintage Land Rover! The Bluebird Penthouse has panoramic views over Taw Valley, Devon, a 50s-era interior, and a touch of luxury. Church View Cottage is tucked away in a quiet corner of Hatherliegh's picturesque market square. Peace and quiet and clear skies are what you will find. The cottage is very well appointed and comfortable, and decorated to a very high standard. Good walks or cycling from the door with great pubs close by. It is also an ideal location for exploring further a field and for Devon in general due to Hatherleigh's central location.
