The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). The apartment is located in Condado one of the hottest touristic area of Puerto Rico. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Condado Lagoon. You can see and hear the waves breaking in the sand. In the lagoon you can paddle board, swim or kayak. You can walk to beaches, parks, restaurants, casinos, spas, dance clubs, etc. The apartment is only 6 miles (about 10 min ride) from the airport and about 1 mile from Old San Juan.
