WE SIT ON A SMALL CANAL WITH BOAT RAMP AND DOCKAGE FOR SMALL SKIFF AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! VERY COZY! This is one of the only locations on the East Coast that offers a rare "over the water" sunset. Watch the sun melt into the Pamlico Sound from the covered porch. Walk, bike or 4X4 to the beaches, just minutes away. Excellent fishing and boat rentals are very close. This location also has several wonderful restaurants to explore.

August Rose Cottage is a very special studio style private entrance apartment in our personal home. It is located off of a private driveway with only 3 homes facing the sound. It's a true peaceful oasis with sound front access and sunsets that will amaze you! Full service kitchenette and laundry room. We have done our best to make you feel at home in our beach cottage. We are only a few houses away from the Pamlico Inn, minutes to multiple beach access points, restaurants, and groceries.

Adorable cottage with SPECTACULAR views! Located on a quiet dead end street in the heart of Hatteras Village. There is so much to do, but the view is so great you might not want to leave. There is a private shallow water dock across the street for a low draw boat, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Hatteras beach is just a short drive or bike. Access to the sound for Kite Boarding in the spring and fall. This cottage has it all! New washer/dryer, dishwasher, paint!

Come and enjoy old Avon Village on a quiet one way street. The Surfstead suite offers an eclectic blend of island history, craftsmanship and comfort in one of the oldest houses on Hatteras island. There is a private deck and entrance leading into a living and dining area equipped with a Roku tv. Prepare your meals in the fully stocked kitchenette. The bedroom boasts a queen size bed with another Roku tv, and a full bathroom with a custom tile shower. A private hot tub too!
