Parkhill Lodge - Villa + Heated Pool

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms make the villa a great option for couples, groups or families. The layout provides good degrees of seperation. The kitchen and living room is open plan with access to a raised patio and a sheltered outdoor BBQ area. The pool is heated to a minimum of 28 degrees from October to April. We are centrally located 12 minutes from Napier, Hastings, Havelock North and Cape Kidnappers. Enjoy the Bike Trails, Wineries, Farmyard Zoo, TA Wine Festival, Art Deco & F.A.W.C.

Your host, Sue, will provide continental breakfast for two, delivered to your room for you to enjoy in private. Private entrance and safe parking.

Reef Break Studio

A detached sleep-out across the road from the beach at Te Awanga, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A spacious studio with a queen-sized bed, sofa bed (for two children or one adult), dining table, flatscreen TV, wifi, and continental breakfast. A cot is available. The kitchen contains a microwave, bench-top oven, cooking elements and a fridge. The bathroom has a decent-sized shower with good water pressure and gas-heated hot water. Only 15-20 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings.

We are a retired farming couple with one cute cat. Our purpose built first floor 100 sqm apartment is sunny, overlooks Te Mata Peak and its balcony provides stunning views over Orchards. Great care was taken in ensuring your every comfort. A private entrance situated next to our home with alarm gives complete privacy. In the summer you are welcome to use our pool, stroll to Havelock village plus 3 acres of grounds and Bike trails at the gate. Perfect for business or short-term breaks.

Our place is a unique architectural designed passive solar straw bale home, with recycled native wood and natural clay finish. Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley and relax in the natural spring water hot tub. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. Kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop and electric BBQ on deck. Breakfast pack for the first day.

Self-contained (it has a microwave, kettle, toaster only, NO STOVE/OVEN and no cooking allowed, PLEASE). One-bedroom cottage at the bottom of a park-like garden. Smoke-free area. Quiet and spacious. Separate from the main house. Super friendly Shih Tzu dog. 10-minute walk to the city centre, supermarkets or parks. Hop in your car and you have Sunday markets, cycle tracks, Te Mata Peak, beaches, wineries, Art Deco, and more. We will endeavour to make your stay an enjoyable one".

Modern architecturally renovated studio Tuki Tuki

A beautiful little studio in the magical Tuki Tuki valley. Incredibly peaceful and in a very scenic location looking over a small vineyard to the river. Handy to Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. A perfect location from which to enjoy Hawke’s Bay events. The studio has a small kitchenette but no cooking facilities. Bbq available. Perfect for short stays. A short drive to the cycle ways, wineries, trout fishing and beaches. Breakfast for $25 per person may be available on request.

Aslantis Beach House marries Art Deco and Spanish Mission architecture with inspiring ocean views, fabulous front gardens and a wonderful Mediterranean style courtyard . A 1 to 2 minute walk and you'll have access to a well stocked 4 square dairy, takeaway and pub (including pizzas) A 15 minute drive and you'll be in Hastings. Havelock North or Napier, one of the Art Deco capitals of the world. Aslantis Beach House is a great getaway for couples and business travellers.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

River Cottage - set in Native Garden

Escape to our beautifully presented cottage, tucked away in a peaceful native garden that you'll share with the main house. You'll have your own private outdoor area to unwind in, complete with a BBQ and chiminea to create the perfect atmosphere for a glass of wine at the end of the day. Close to cycle trails leading to stunning scenery and local wineries. Short walk to river/beach. Stroll down to our local pub, restaurant or cafe. Cottage is not suitable for children.

Our studio apartment is totally self contained, with wonderful wooden floors and light streaming in from the garden one looks onto. Perfectly situated a few minutes drive between Havelock North and Hastings and decorated with a Colonial African slant. We always leave muesli, fruit, milk, and croissants in the fridge for our guests to enjoy on their FIRST morning, so they can relax and not have to go out for breakfast. Tea and coffee are always provided.
