The chalet is an individual construction fully available and reserved for the guests. So are the terrace and the surroundings ( a small river, a private bridge and access to the forest ). Le studio est attenant à notre demeure, une vieille ferme rénovée, à 1250m d'altitude. Au cœur des Aravis avec un panorama exceptionnel c’est le point de départ de splendides randonnées. Idéalement situé entre La Clusaz et Megève, il accueille confortablement 2 personnes. La Giettaz est un village typiquement savoyard qui a gardé son authenticité avec ses fermes en activités et ses beaux chalets. A 3,5 km accès au domaine skiable de Megève « les portes du Mont-Blanc »

Petit Chalet à 1200 m d'altitude totalement restauré. Calme, repos, reconnexion à la nature. Propice à la méditation. Départ à pied pour de magnifiques promenades : Orcière, Sulens Station de ski Manigod La Croix Fry à 20 mn environ, en voiture, 2 Restaurants à moins de 10 minutes. Situé à une demi-heure de Genève, dans le hameau de SEVRAZ à 850m d’altitude, vous aurez une vue magnifique. Ambiance cosy, terrasse et jardin pour vous reposer, ce sera votre petit refuge pour de belles aventures dans nos lacs et montagnes qui sont juste à proximité. A 15 minutes, le Massif des Brasses, station familiale, est l'endroit idéal pour apprendre à skier, ou pour randonner l'été et pour goûter aux plaisirs de la montagne en toute simplicité.

Orienté sud, il bénéficie d'une belle lumière et d'une terrasse en bois pour profiter de la vue paisible sur les dents de Lanfon. Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.
