Tainui Retreat - beautifully appointed 5 bedroom

Tainui Retreat A beautiful, newly renovated two storey house in the heart of Havelock North. Just 15-20 minutes walk to the village. Warm and sunny, with a balcony off the living area and a secluded deck at the other end of the house with an outdoor table and couches. A garage is available for storage of bikes & golf clubs. The house is set up for adults. Our policy is for no children under 10. Out of consideration for our neighbours we have a quiet policy from 9 pm and strictly no parties.

Quiet Village retreat. Breakfast & garden hot tub

Safe, quiet and private space, separate from the host. No shared spaces. Hot tub is by your entrance. A range of breakfast supplies in your space for enjoying at your convenience. From the comfortable queen bed, enjoy the garden outlook. Guests comment on their comfortable sleep. A queen bed enuite studio is also available (see my other listing) 39 cafes, bars, unique boutique shops and a NW supermarket close by. Onsite parking is available for one vehicle. Please check prior to arrival.

Reef Break Studio

A detached sleep-out across the road from the beach at Te Awanga, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A spacious studio with a queen-sized bed, sofa bed (for two children or one adult), dining table, flatscreen TV, wifi, and continental breakfast. A cot is available. The kitchen contains a microwave, bench-top oven, cooking elements and a fridge. The bathroom has a decent-sized shower with good water pressure and gas-heated hot water. Only 15-20 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings.

“Longworth” a stylish separate apartment

We are a retired farming couple with one cute cat. Our purpose built first floor 100 sqm apartment is sunny, overlooks Te Mata Peak and its balcony provides stunning views over Orchards. Great care was taken in ensuring your every comfort. A private entrance situated next to our home with alarm gives complete privacy. In the summer you are welcome to use our pool, stroll to Havelock village plus 3 acres of grounds and Bike trails at the gate. Perfect for business or short-term breaks.

Welcome to Villa Desa, your recently renovated cosy & warm weatherboard home. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind. We have a Hot Tub Spa bath in the garden and a nice sunny outdoor dining/relaxing area with a Weber BBQ. Inside, you can enjoy the radiant warmth of a wood-burner fire, heat pump and our very comfortable warm beds. We are located 2.5km from Havelock North village centre, where you’ll find plenty of cafes, restaurants, and boutique shopping. Enjoy your stay :)

The Hutch - rural boutique accomodation

Our boutique style accommodation is on Endsleigh road which is 4km south of Havelock North. A 30 minute drive from Napier airport. Set in a rural farm setting The Hutch is a peaceful and quiet retreat close to town. Lie in a stunning outdoor private bath under twinkling stars, and experience the night time sounds of nature. The stand alone Hutch is 5m from our home in an established garden. There are Continental breakfast supplies for the first two mornings of your stay.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Gorgeous light filled studio in lovely garden.

Our studio apartment is totally self contained, with wonderful wooden floors and light streaming in from the garden one looks onto. Perfectly situated a few minutes drive between Havelock North and Hastings and decorated with a Colonial African slant. We always leave muesli, fruit, milk, and croissants in the fridge for our guests to enjoy on their FIRST morning, so they can relax and not have to go out for breakfast. Tea and coffee are always provided.

Ambury House - ideal for couples or families

Self contained 2 bedroom apartment in a resort-like setting that is ideal for families. Includes breakfast provisions, views across the Hawkes Bay, use of pool and tennis court, and 4 acres of gardens and native bush to explore. Close to village, wineries and Te Mata peak walking and mountain bike trails.
