Grade II listed Country Cottage

Well Cottage is a luxurious Grade II listed Norfolk brick and flint house with beautiful oak beams, pamment floors and warming wood burning stoves in the sitting room and dining rooms. The kitchen is large and superbly equipped. The house is ideally suited for holidays for one or two families. It has four bedrooms - two with en-suite showers - and a family bathroom on the first floor for parents and young adults, and two bedrooms and a bathroom in the attic for up to four younger children.

Dating back to 1811, our beautiful barn is the perfect location for families, couples, foodies, golfers and nature lovers alike! Close to the stunning North Norfolk coast, Norwich and the Norfolk Broads, this is a great base for exploring and visiting the local attractions. Whether it's a romantic mini-break, a holiday with the kids, or a base for exploring, The Barn offers a characterful, clean & comfortable retreat (and we have a great pub just down the road!) The Swallow's Nest, relaxing country retreat

Nestled in the beautiful Norfolk countryside our holiday let is designed for 2 adults (sorry no children (over 2yrs old) or pets, but we can provide a cot/highchair for a baby). Perfectly situated to explore the coast, The Broads, Norwich & everything in-between. Beautifully stylish and comfortable with all the facilities you could need for a luxurious break away. Our newly converted barn has it's own entrance and privacy in our peaceful rural setting with beautiful countryside views

Back Lane Cottage tucked away in a Norfolk hamlet

You will find Back Lane Cottage tucked away in a lane in a hamlet called Eastgate. It is a two bedroom, fully renovated old property with lovely field views and is pet friendly. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area as well as a bathroom that has a shower over the bath. There is lots of storage space and there is a TV and full fibre broadband. Upstairs one bedroom has a king size bed and the other has two single beds. Between them is a toilet with hand basin.

Lily's Cottage

19th century cottage in 13th century village. Fully modernised with new kitchen/dining room, lounge and bathroom downstairs, with two bedrooms upstairs (main bedroom leading off bedroom at top of stairs - no door at top of stairs into small bedroom). Older cottage type so steep narrow stairs and low doorways. Suitable for couple or with one child. Free car park across the road. 30 minutes drive to north Norfolk coast, local to National Trust houses and lots of walking trails.
