Historic stone cottage in the heart of Melrose. Close to all local amenities with spectacular views and direct access to the creek. Main and second bedroom have queen beds. Third bedroom has as a triple bunk (double and single) and a single bunk. Camp style kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge. Basic ‘outhouse’ style bathroom (external), shower over bath, toilet. Approximately 40 minute drive from beautiful Melrose and Mount Remarkable, and a 20 minute drive to historic Quorn, home to the world famous Pichi Richi Railway. The homestead consists of 3 bedrooms, a well equipped country style kitchen with AC and wood fire, bathroom with inside toilet, sun lounge with a small bar and main lounge with reverse cycle AC.
