This New York loft style apartment has been cleverly designed to capture all day sun and amazing views. The loft bedroom up stairs has been divided into two comfortable sleeping areas with a privacy wall to separate the beds. Being 2 minutes walk from Napier CBD, shops, restaurant's, parks and cafes.

Privately accessed, clean, quiet, self-contained ensuite space. Hot tub is by your entrance. Your rooms are closed off from my space so no shared facilities. A range of breakfast supplies in your space for enjoying at your convenience. From the comfortable queen bed you can enjoy the quiet garden outlook. A short walk to cafes, bars, boutique shops and a supermarket. Safe parking on the road-side however, on-site parking is available if required for 1 vehicle. Please check prior to arrival.
