Its snug, and small, but has everything you need plus your own private courtyard.Please take time to look at the photos to avoid disappointment re the size of the studio. A private carport and just a 10 minute walk to the city. Netflix and You tube are available for your down time after a days sightseeing. Private and cosy, with a kiwiana ambiance. More suitable for short stays.

Our comfortable little studio unit is set at the back of our property, providing you with the privacy to enjoy coffee in the morning sun with the native birds . It is part of a sustainability project with money earned from this listing going into planting land damaged by cyclone Gabriel, with natives. Situated just five minutes drive from Havelock North village and set adjacent to the Te Mata Peak park where you can enjoy the local walking, mountain biking tracks and must-see views

Takapau Yurt Experience

Situated in the side garden by the main house on a privately owned sheep farm (42 acres). Stunning views across the valley from behind the yurt and mountain views from the beautiful native garden surrounding the house. Guest bathroom is inside the main house. Breakfast is included and dinner is available at request and additional charge from my fully licenced food truck. Local superette 5mins drive away in the village, several nearby bush walks and wineries within a 15 min drive.

My house is now available for longer term bookings at discounted rates, suited to contract workers or anybody wanting temporary accommodation while house hunting, etc. This is my beautiful home in the heart of Napier. A 10 minute walk to town and 3 minutes to the beach and the Marine Parade. Three double bedrooms and a lovely private and fully enclosed back garden. Oozing with character and charm, the villa is over 100 years old and has been modernised in all the right ways.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is provided.

Take a break & unwind at Tawai Lodge

Tawai Lodge - country living only 2km from Hastings town centre. Havelock North - 6km/5minute drive, Napier - 20km/20minute drive. Close to wineries, restaurants/dining, supermarket, family-friendly activities, and the race course. Our place is very spacious inside and out so lots of space for guests. Surrounded my trees it is very peaceful. We have a big swimming pool, bbq and outdoor eating area, comfy beds, orchard and electric bikes.

Self contained studio, separate from the main house, on street parking. Great garden to relax in with your favorite beverage or book. Less than a 10 minute walk into town, 2 minute drive to the city centre for cafes, supermarket, restaurants, information centre. Two streets away from the beach and National aquarium, so very close to walk / cycleways along the beach front. Wifi available buy can be weak. I do have 2 cats, Happy & Spinkle.
