Directions: From Hawkins, North on Hwy 14 to CR 2869, to CR 3540, to CR 3543. Follow signs to 110 PR 7543. Do not rely on Google Maps Music Springs -The most peaceful place in East Texas, where the touch of God runs through the woods. A place of refuge and a place to remember for many who visit. Julia's Cottage is a charming, welcoming little home, where you will be inclined to kick back and just soak in the beauty surrounding you. Antique queen size bed and a queen size mattress in the loft.

RV#3 - Bring an overnight bag and enjoy the lake.

Camp at Lake Hawkins in one of our fully set up RV's. You have 3 different RV's to choose from and only a short walk to the lake. Each of the 3 RV's sits on a half acre so there is plenty of room to bring a tent for larger groups or rent all 3 RV's. When you reach the lake enjoy the common beach, BBQ and bar. If you have a boat to launch we have a private concrete boat ramp and a large open field for secure parking while you enjoy the lake. We have bicycles, canoe and Kayaks for rent cheap.

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Created to share the uniqueness of East Texas with others, Piney Point is a perfect couple or friend's retreat. Tucked in the corner of a six-acre homestead, this restored A-frame offers a modern cozy stay with an expansive deck that overlooks the spring-fed pond. My place is 6 miles east of Mineola, TX. Close to antique shopping, Mineola nature preserve, public lakes, 30 minutes to Canton First Monday trades days, and many other spotlights in East Texas. You’ll love my place because of the cozy, farmhouse atmosphere and country living. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Not suitable for kids or children, and I do not allow pets or animals of any kind on the property.

There's room for social distancing and I covid clean and I am vaccinated.
